This morning two additional districts of eastern Aleppo fell. Other besieged districts were under continued bombing that is draining life out of those who have survived. Dentist Salem Abualnaser made what might be his last cry for the protection of civilians in those areas:

I am Salem the human, who is inside the besieged neighborhoods of Aleppo. I am telling you that we are being hit day and night, by all kinds of weapons. We need everything .. and the first thing we need is to be safe in our homes, shops and streets.

We appeal to you to work expediently to stop the bombing and end this war and  killing and lift the unjust siege imposed on us from sky and land.

This might be our last message.

I appeal to everyone who has the power and will to work immediately to stop this war and save what innocent souls there have remained.
